WE ASK YOU KEEP YOUR BILLING ADDRESS AND SHIPPING ADDRESS THE SAME. WE DO NOT SHIP T0 P.O BOXES. MAKE SURE YOU'RE ENTERING IN THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS THAT'S ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR BANK CARD. IF YOU DON'T ENTER THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS YOUR CARD WON'T PROCESS THE PAYMENT. IF YOU SEE A PENDING TRANSACTION ON YOUR CARD AFTER BEING DECLINED IT WILL FALL OFF AND IT'S ONLY SHOWING YOU ATTEMPTED TO MAKE THE TRANSACTION. 

PLEASE SHIP TO AN ACTUAL ADDRESS, AS WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O BOXES.

How long is processing, shipping & handling? 

Processing takes 1 Business day. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.) 


Shipping takes 5-7 business days. All Packages are  Delivered with USPS and requires a signature.


After receiving a tracking email, Shipping Activity will become available after 24hrs. Your Tracking Number will come to your email. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it inside your inbox. If you haven’t received a tracking number after 5 business days from placing your orders please contact customer service 



Can i make changes to my order ? 

To insure a quick delivery all orders are processed daily, So orders cannot to be altered or changed once your payment is complete.


May I return my order ? 

Yes, we are pleased to offer a return policy on unopened hair extensions within SEVEN (7) DAYS within you receiving your order. We find that we have very low return rates and we are proud of the high quality hair extensions that we offer. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn or tampered with! We are not responsible for any stylist trying to custom color or dye your raw hair 



You must contact us first before refunding your package at 302-364-4157. During Business Hours within the seven (7) day return period. All Baddie Bundle Boutique Hair must be shipped back unopened in it's original packaging and the packaging must not be defected in any way or a return will not be issued. Raw hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. Therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges if the  hair seal on the bundle has been broken!


When will I receive my refund?

A full refund, excluding the original shipping cost, will be issued to your original payment method after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened and the security seal was not broken. Refunds are normally returned back to your bank card within 48-72 hours after we initiate the refund. 



May I make a exchange?

Yes, you can make an exchange within SEVEN (7) DAYS. The hair seal MUST NOT be Broken! The hair MUST NOT be unwrapped, Uncombed, Not Brushed, No fingers ran through the hair, worn, or altered in any way for an exchange!! If the hair is altered we will return the hair back to you.

You are responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs and we recommend that you send your return with a tracking number because we will not be responsible for lost returns. We recommend that you USPS to send your return.
